Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please have in mind that:

• items should be returned in their original condition – unworn and unwashed.
• I cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. I recommend that you send your item with registered post, retain proof of posting and provide us a tracking number.
• refunds and exchanges will be made up to 3 business days after receipt of returned item/s.
• shipping fees are not refundable.
• return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
